What you own when you work with us

Your web address. It is registered in your name, on an account you can log into. If we register a new one for you, it goes in your name from day one.

Your Google listing. You stay the owner. We are added as a manager, which lets us post, answer reviews and change your hours, but not remove you or delete the listing. You can take us off in a few taps.

Instagram and Facebook. The accounts and their passwords are yours. We are added with manager access, which you can remove from your own settings at any time.

Leaving. Every plan is month to month. Website watch: cancel anytime from the link in any report email. Website care and posts done for you: cancel with one email.

Handover. Within 48 hours of your cancel, we send you every login we created, a copy of any website we built or host for you and a note of what is set up where. Then we take ourselves off as managers, unless you ask us to stay on while you switch.
