A list of names is not a lead list
Anybody can sell you a spreadsheet scraped off Google. What makes a call worth making is knowing what is wrong before you dial: whether they rank, whether their website loads, whether they have published hours. That is the same thing this site measures, pointed at the businesses you want to sell to.
For businesses that sell to other local businesses
A trade, a supplier or a service firm whose customers are other local businesses.
Somebody who will actually call, because a list nobody works is worth nothing.
A defined trade and a defined set of towns, rather than anyone on Long Island.
Not for: consumer businesses selling to households, and anyone wanting tens of thousands of rows. These come twenty five at a time because twenty five is a week of calling.
What comes attached to each name
The business and how to reach it
Name, the category as Google files it, phone, website where one exists, and the town the listing sits in.
Whether they rank in their own town
The same measurement behind every trade page here: whether they come back in the first sixty results for the best of their kind locally.
Their rating and review count
Set against the median for their trade rather than a national average, so the number means something.
Whether the website link works
Tested, not assumed. On the HVAC sweep alone, 6 of 83 companies pointed at a link that did not load.
Whether hours are published
Google cannot show a business as open when it does not know the hours, and this is checked per listing.
A reason to call, written out
One line per business naming the gap, so the call opens on something true about them rather than on a script.
Measured, scored, then handed over
-
You name the trade and the towns
By reply, in a sentence. The narrower it is, the more useful the list.
-
The sweep runs
The same engine behind this site measures every business Google returns for that trade in those towns.
-
Twenty five, scored, within two working days
Sorted by the size of the gap, so the ones worth calling first sit at the top.
Common questions
- Where do the names come from?
- Google, the same place a customer would find them, and then measured. Nothing is bought from a data broker and nothing comes from a source that would not survive being named.
- Is the list exclusive to me?
- The sweep behind it is public data and we do not pretend otherwise. What is yours is the trade and towns you chose and the scoring run for you. If somebody else asks for the same cell, we say so.
- Why only twenty five?
- Because twenty five is roughly a week of real calling, and a list longer than anybody works is a list nobody works. More cells are available; unworked rows are not a product.
- What does a lead list cost?
- From $149 a list. Every price is on the pricing page with the arithmetic already done, rather than behind a call.
