Med spa marketing, Long Island

Your reviews are not the problem

In September we measured every med spa Google returns across eight Nassau towns. The ratings are excellent and almost two thirds of them do not come back when somebody searches for the best med spa in the town they are in. That gap is the whole opportunity, and it is not fixed by getting more reviews.

What we measured

What 166 Nassau med spas actually look like on Google

One sweep, September 2026, every listing Google returns for med spas across eight Nassau towns. These are counts, not estimates, and every one of them refreshes when the next sweep runs.

104of 166

do not appear in the first twenty results for the best med spa in their own town. Not page two. Not in the twenty.

146of 166

are rated 4.5 or better. The median is 4.9. This is a category that already does good work and cannot be found doing it.

26of 166

have a website link on their Google listing that does not load. It times out, returns an error, or warns the visitor about the certificate.

81of 166

have fewer than fifty reviews, in a category where the leaders carry hundreds.

53of 166

carry fewer than ten photos on the listing, in the one category where people decide by looking.

7of 166

have no hours on Google at all, so the listing cannot say whether it is open.

Who this is for

If this is you, the gap above is yours to take

A med spa, laser clinic or aesthetics practice in Nassau, Suffolk, Queens or Brooklyn.

Rated well by the clients you already have, and quiet on the phone anyway.

Paying for ads because organic never worked, and not sure the ads work either.

Somewhere on Google, but not sure what the listing actually says about you.

What is included

Six things, all done for you

The listing, rebuilt

Primary category, services, hours, booking link, and the photo set the category is decided on. A wrong primary category alone can keep a clinic out of the map box.

The website link that actually loads

Twenty six of the clinics we measured link to a site that errors. It is the cheapest fix on this page and the one nobody checks.

Ranking for your own town

The work that puts you in the twenty for the best med spa in the town you are in, and then higher in it.

Reviews, asked for properly

The ask that goes out after the appointment while somebody is still pleased, plus a reply on every review you already have.

Named in AI answers

Structured data, an llms.txt, and the pages an assistant needs before it will recommend you by name.

One page that says what worked

A tracked number and a monthly report in plain english. No dashboard nobody opens.

How it works

Three steps, no mystery

  1. Step 1

    Free snapshot

Your clinic name and town. You get where you stand today, measured, the same day.

  2. Step 2

    The full audit

Every signal checked by hand, the fast wins fixed on the spot, and a plan for the rest. $350, and it credits toward your first month.

  3. Step 3

    The work

Month to month from $500. Cancel in one email. The measurements repeat so you can see what moved.

The method

Every number on this page is one you can trace

The sweep behind it is a stored run with a date on it, and the score that reads five signals publishes its weights rather than describing them. Where something could not be measured, the page says so instead of estimating.

How the visibility score works

The same sweep, other trades

What the measurement found next door

Common questions

We already have great reviews. Why are we not showing up?
Because reviews are one input and not the biggest one. Of the 166 clinics measured, 146 are rated 4.5 or better and 104 are still absent from the first twenty for their own town. Category, proximity, the state of the website and how completely the listing is filled in all move the map box, and a clinic can be excellent at the only one most owners think about.
Is this just SEO with a different name?
The map box, the website and AI answers are three different mechanisms and only one of them is classic SEO. Most of the early wins in this category are on the Google listing rather than the website, which is why the audit starts there.
How long before anything moves?
Listing fixes can move the map box in weeks. Website and AI work runs in months. Nobody who tells you a number for your specific clinic has measured it, so the honest answer is that the snapshot gives you the starting point and the monthly re-measure shows you the direction.
Do you work with clinics outside Nassau?
Yes. The sweep on this page is Nassau because that is where the September measurement ran. The work is the same across Suffolk, Queens, Brooklyn and the rest of New York City.
Do I have to sign anything?
No. Month to month, cancel in one email, no setup fee.
¿Hablas español?
Sí. El trabajo se hace en español. Websites, review replies and chat flows are available in English or Spanish.
